A Message to Our Customers

For Property Management Companies

When it comes to the inspections and surveys required by the Building Standards Act, some of the people in charge are highly experienced and others are handling them for the first time. Working primarily in the Kanto region, we maintain dependable inspection expertise and a proven field organization. Whether you need a partner with experience and delivery capability, or simply someone to ask "where do we start?", please feel free to get in touch.

For Government Officials

We carry out inspections and surveys for buildings of various uses and scales. We transparently disclose necessary details regarding our specifications, operational structure, scope of work, and deliverables—including during tenders and hearings—and faithfully respond to your requirements. To ensure smooth procedures and reliable execution, please feel free to consult with us, even regarding preliminary confirmation items.

For Schools

Inspections and surveys under Article 12 of the Building Standards Act are often a source of concern for school administrators. In some cases, they fall outside the scope of contracts with property management companies, and finding inspection firms with a proven track record can be challenging. Please feel free to reach out to us as your initial point of contact for any concerns, or when you are looking for a second opinion.

Deterioration Diagnosis Survey

This survey establishes the condition of a building to inform maintenance planning, making it possible to extend the building's service life at an appropriate cost. The survey covers a wide range of itemized building elements, assessed by visual inspection.

Main elements inspected: structural frame, roof waterproofing, exterior coatings, steelwork coatings, sealants, interior finishes, exterior works, electrical systems, and water supply, drainage, and sanitary systems

Seismic Inspection of Non-Structural Components

Seismic Inspection of Non-Structural Components

We inspect and evaluate safety measures to protect children from falling and toppling objects during earthquakes, following the Guidebook on Seismic Retrofitting of Non-Structural Components in School Facilities published by Japan's Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology (MEXT) in March 2010.

Seismic Evaluation
